Are LUNARA pearls real?

Yes. Our Pearl Edit uses freshwater and cultured pearls — genuine natural materials. We don't use acrylic or shell imitations.

How is the gold plating?

Our pieces use gold-plated base metals. They're not solid gold — that's why they're accessible. With proper care (no water, no perfume), good gold plating lasts years.

Where do your pieces come from?

We source from artisan jewellery manufacturers in Asia with quality standards we've personally reviewed. Our pieces are selected, not mass-produced.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $125 USD. A flat $15 shipping fee applies to orders under $125.

How long does shipping take?

5–12 business days from dispatch, tracking included.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Email us at Hello@lunara-global.com with photos. Damaged or faulty pieces are replaced or fully refunded.

Can I exchange a gift?

Yes. Provide the order number and we'll exchange within 30 days, even for gifts.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All LUNARA orders arrive gift-ready in our signature packaging — no gift wrapping add-on needed.
