Delivery

When you order from LUNARA, your piece is prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment studio — carefully quality-checked, wrapped in our signature packaging, and tracked from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives with you.

Standard worldwide delivery: 5–12 business days from dispatch. Every order includes full tracking.

Shipping cost: Free worldwide shipping on orders over $125. A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $125.

Packaging

Every LUNARA piece ships in our signature presentation — a velvet pouch nestled inside our keepsake box, sealed and ready to give or keep. Every order arrives as if it were a gift, because as far as we're concerned, it is.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with their original packaging intact. We don't offer refunds, but we will always do our best to find a piece that is right for you.

How to Exchange

Email Hello@lunara-global.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to exchange. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 7 days with photographs. We will arrange a replacement immediately, at no cost to you.
