2. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display our pieces and their colours accurately, but natural pearls and stones vary — slight differences in colour, shape, and surface are inherent to genuine materials, not defects. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any item.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange a full refund of any payment taken for that order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $125 USD. A flat shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $125. Standard delivery is 5–12 business days from dispatch, with tracking included. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unworn condition with their original packaging. We do not offer refunds except where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described. To arrange an exchange, email Hello@lunara-global.com with your order number.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the LUNARA name — is our property or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.
9. Privacy
